La-Tzuf website terms Last updated: June 2025 The La-Tzuf website is operated by La Tzuf Dani Ltd., company no. 516898616, of Rehavia Ofek 44, Rishon LeZion. The site is used to purchase gift vouchers for treatments. Use of the site and purchases on it are subject to the following terms. 1. Delivery of the product / service After purchase and credit-card approval, the gift voucher is emailed to the address provided, usually shortly afterwards and within 24 hours. If it does not arrive, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page. 2. Age limit Purchases are allowed only for people aged 18 and over. The company may cancel any transaction made by a minor without a parent or legal guardian's approval. 3. Privacy Information you submit is stored securely and used only to complete the transaction or to contact you if needed. We do not share your details with third parties except for operational needs such as payment processing or when required by law. Credit-card details are not stored on this site. 4. Business liability The company is not liable for direct or indirect damage caused by improper use of the site or services. Images, descriptions, and other content are for illustration and may contain errors. Redeeming a voucher is subject to appointment availability and the treatments on offer. 5. Cancellation Cancellations follow the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. You may cancel within 14 days of purchase provided the voucher has not been used. Send written notice to danargf@gmail.com. The company is also not liable for injury, discomfort, health outcomes, side effects, or dissatisfaction during or after an in-person treatment. Responsibility for using services redeemed with vouchers rests with the customer.
